How can we start a long-lasting partnership?
Send us a plant list to quote, note bid due date and installation target time frame.
Meadowood will get a quote back to you as soon as possible, offering substitutes where necessary. Shipping costs are not included in the plant prices.
Place the order, confirm the ship date and location and we will get it there, on time and on budget!
How do I become a customer?
Our new customer policy is the first order and delivery are COD.
If you would like to save the 3% credit card fee, we will also accept a check in full. The check needs to be cleared before we can load your shipment.

Requesting Estimates and Placing Orders
Quoted availability is generally available for two weeks but is reliant on vendor stock which is subject to change and therefore not guaranteed.

The Meadowood sales representative managing your order knows what nurseries in our large network are best qualified to provide what we don’t have on hand. Every effort is made to provide your plants with the specs that you’ve requested including size, variety, color and form.
Once we source your plants, your sales representative will then update you on the status or completion of your order and all the items within it. And if some plants are unavailable, delayed for delivery or out of stock we will offer options to fill your order. We prioritize communicating with you in the method that you prefer including email or phone calls.
Delivery
With our shipping resources, we provide the ability to connect you to your material fast. We will deliver an order of any size to any location.
When outside common carriers are used, freight will be quoted to the customer based on the carrier’s prevailing rates and shall be due upon receipt. Customers are responsible for providing labor and equipment, if necessary, for the actual unloading of all material.
